- All cars must leave by 2 PM as the gates will be locked. Please plan accordingly to avoid any inconvenience.

- We kindly ask that you take all rubbish with you when you leave to help keep Birchmere Park clean and enjoyable for everyone.

- Payment is required upon entry - no exceptions, so please be prepared.

- Parking is FREE but limited, so arrive early to secure your spot!

- Buyers enter for FREE, making it easy for everyone to join in on the fun!
